Kalafong Hospital Warmly Welcomes Assistant Director For Supply Chain Management

Kalafong Hospital warmly welcomes recently appointed Assistant Director (ASD) for
Supply Chain Management (SCM), Mr. Madikana Magooa.

The SCM Chief has the following qualifications under his belt: National Diploma in
Public Administration, Diploma in Logistics Management, Advanced Diploma in
Logistics Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management and Final Year
Master of Business Administration candidate (with a research topic on “Patient waiting
time at Kalafong Provincial Tertiary Hospital).

Among other key responsibilities, Mr. Madikana is responsible for following pressing
duties: Managing operations on demand, Acquisition, Asset and Inventory
Management.

Prior to joining Kalafong Hospital, Mr. Madikana was attached to the following
institutions: Department of Social Development, Health (Charlotte Maxeke
Johannesburg Academic Hospital) and State Information and Security Agency.
